Execution Control Policy (ECP)

The Execution Control Policy (ECP) of a script is a set of directives that guides the execution of that script within a DP, ensuring the script operates within defined parameters and preferences.
The ECP provides instructions on how a script should be run, considering various factors such as resource allocation, priority of execution, data selection, and result formation. ECPs can define preprocessing or postprocessing steps, control decision-making branches within the script, or determine the handling of different types of data. They are an essential part of ensuring that script execution aligns with the functional blueprint and mission objectives of the DP. As with other policies, a key aspect of the ECP is its flexibility - it can be updated or modified to adapt to changing needs, technological advancements, or evolving legal regulations.
